Pre-separators
Pre-seperators can be designed in different designs depending on the process and what is to be separated. By performing airflow simulations to we can define what is to separated and suggest optimal cyclones or other pre-separating units for the specific material to be handled.
These units can also be used in applications were the dust concentration is relatively high and the gain to pre-separate the material prior to entering the dust collector can be beneficial to extend the media lifetime for instance.
Spark arrestors
A spark suppressor is an important component in industrial environments where sparks or hot particles can occur, such as during metalworking or welding. These sparks can pose a fire hazard and damage the filtration equipment. Therefore, spark arrestors are used to protect the dust filtration system and ensure a safe working environment.
