Background & Challenge

A customer operating silo systems needed to replace two worn-out cartridge filters that had reached the end of their service life. The aging filtration units increased the risk of reduced filtration performance, higher maintenance requirements, and potential operational disruptions.

The objective was to install a modern filtration solution capable of handling the required airflow and operating temperature while ensuring reliable long-term performance.

PF System’s Solution

PF System supplied two new TKF 12/6 cartridge filters, specifically designed for the silo application and operating conditions.

Each filtration unit was equipped with 12 filter cartridges and designed to handle an airflow of 13,000 m³/h at 70°C. The system was engineered to provide high filtration efficiency, long service life, and easy maintenance access.
